Cats and dogs

Rain. In vast quantities. Which puts me in mind of a little rhyme I've always thought funny.

The rain it raineth on the just,
And also on the unjust fella.
But mainly on the just, because
The unjust steals the just's umbrella.

To which I might add:

The rain it raineth in my door,
It wets the walls and floods the floor,
It furs my clothes and makes them smell,
But, hey, at least it fills the well.

You taught me that rhyme at school. As for the second verse - it's like it was meant to be.

Important matter now. Rabbits in Kampala. You know someone, who knows someone, who one day turns up with a rabbit in a box and asks for 5000 shillings. I've never seen a pet shop as such, unless you count wire cages full of chickens.

v. funny pancake story too
